Senior Learning Experience and Didactics Manager

Lingvano’s mission is to break down language barriers and build bridges between Deaf and hearing people. The way we do that is by creating easy-to-use Sign Language courses for real-life situations.

We’re looking for a Senior Learning Experience and Didactics Manager to take part in our journey of delivering the best digital Sign Language education in the world. If you’re someone who wants to make a meaningful social impact, then get ready to join our team

Tasks
- Drive the development of learning features and content from ideation, development, implementation, analysis, and iteration.
- Perform qualitative and quantitative research to ensure we continue to deliver a world-class learning experience for our users.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Content, Design, Engineering, and Data Science to draw from different areas of expertise and achieve shared goals.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of professional background in education, ideally in designing language learning materials.
- Excellent English language skills (C2)
- Sign Language skills, or the desire to learn one
- Experience in leading interdisciplinary projects
- Enthusiastic about creating a real social value for our learners and their environments

- Fluency in multiple languages, preferably Sign Languages
- Extensive experience in a fast-growing, B2C, ed-tech, and mobile-first start-up.

This position is intended to be permanent with 40 hours per week. Start immediately. The gross minimum salary based on 40 hours per week is € 45,000 per year. Depending on your qualifications and experience, a higher salary is very likely.
