**About Borealis and our offer**

We are currently looking for a Trainee / Internship to support our Cost Accounting / Controlling team in our Linz office. In this position, you will have the possibility to get first-hand experience on finance tasks and processes within a truly global company. In your assignment, you will support the team on:

- running core financial processes such as month end closing and financial analysis
- support month end closing in cost accounting
- perform and analyse product calculations
- perform deviation analysis on P&L- as well as balance sheet elements
- preparation of internal reports for management and shareholders
- prepare ad-hoc analyses and reports
**About you**:
**Duration of the assignment**:This is a 6-month, part-time, 20-25 hours per week position located in Linz**, Austria, reporting to the Manager of Operations Controlling.
**Expected Start Date**: as soon as possible

For applicants working in Austria, we are obligated to display the compensation package. We offer a competitive compensation based on the collective labour agreement starting at EUR 32 800 - annual gross salary (based on 38h/week full time employment).
