**Senior Marketing Manager (f/m/x)**:

- Do you enjoy marketing which crosses the borders? RBI’s International Retail Marketing Team within the Group Marketing Division is looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who would enjoy the challenge of marketing financial services in an international set up.
- If you are looking for an exciting marketing opportunity, this is the right challenge for you. You will be contributing to developing and rolling out campaigns and unifying our brand across all the countries. Join us and be a part of the team responsible for delivering the new marketing communication platform across the network and work closely with all countries where retail banking services are offered.**What you can expect**:

- Learn to understand 13 different markets and work together with the senior management of our network banks
- Work closely with different stakeholders within RBI Group
- Shape and support the implementation of the brand across the network
- Actively cooperate on driving customer acquisition across the network
- Manage group marketing campaigns - from the business requirements phase through creative briefs, media briefs, stakeholder management to campaign evaluation

**What you bring to the table**:

- University qualification (business management or comparable studies), preferably with a specialization in the field of marketing
- 5+ years of experience in a senior marketing role as well as proven experience in campaign management
- Profound project management skills, at least 5 years proven track of record
- Sound knowledge of branding, media, digital marketing, market research, and creative production including TV ads
- Advanced analytical skills
- You are interested in financial products and markets; previous experience welcome
- You are a team player with great stakeholder management, presentation and convincing skills
- Fluent knowledge of English; German is appreciated, but not mandatory
