**About You**
- Strong interpersonal written, and verbal communication skills
- High level organizational and planning skills
- High level of initiative and ability to assess situations and make quick decisions
- Advanced computer literacy, including SeaLink reservations system
- Ability to establish strong working relationships with vendors and staff
- Ability to be both creative and innovative yet practical
- Ability to recognize and accept change with a ‘can-do’ attitude

These key requirements will be complimented by experience and skills in the following areas:

- Formal qualification in Travel and Tourism - Desirable
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and SeaLink QuickTravel - Essential
- Previous experience in a SeaLink Call Centre - Helpful
- Experience in the Tourism, Transport or Hospitality Industries - Desirable

**About the role**

The primary function of the KI Operations Supervisor is to effectively supervise coach drivers, operations staff and to ensure the efficient daily organisation of the SeaLink and KI Adventure Touring programs. In addition, the position will encompass overall responsibility for administrations functions carried out in the operations area including wage summaries, collection of data, reporting and support to The Coach Operations Manager, South Australia.

The position requires you to meet and exceed set operational targets and key performance indicators whilst displaying exemplary work ethics and professionalism at all times. Superior communication and decision making skills will be required to both external and internal customers. This role is busy busy busy and very fulfilling.

The position also requires you to carry out the rostered functions of the normal KI Operations shifts. The role is a permanent full time position, however we will consider a permanent part time arrangement, no less than 4 days per week for the right applicant.

To ensure success this role requires commitment, initiative, careful planning, problem solving and decision making, team work, multi-skilling, exceptionally sound time management skills and a strong communication skill set.
