We are looking for a **UX Researcher** to be responsible for proactively re-inventing the user experience of our products. In this role you will take ownership of performing end-to-end user research in one of our main product areas.

This is a full-time position based in our headquarters in our **Vienna** or or within a commutable distance to the office.

**Some of the things you’ll work on**:
In the first 2 months: Empowering stakeholders
- **Empower and support **Designers and Product Managers to conduct their own usability and prototype tests via workshops and training sessions.
- Suggest **new creative ways** to increase interest in user research among stakeholders in the product development department.

After 3-6 months: Continuous research practice
- Be responsible for the **ongoing research practises** within the UX team at Adverity, including analysis of complex research data across the product.
- Manage **user feedback collection channels**, regular customer interviews, regular UX measurement surveys, and listening methods.
- Improve current research processes to **enable faster** and **more frequent research.**:

- Conduct smaller usability testing studies as needed.

Thereafter: Dedicated user research
- **Take ownership** of one of our main product areas to run end-to-end user research like usability testing, interviews, unmoderated studies and surveys.
- Proactively **propose recommendations** for improving the Adverity platform based on research findings.
- Use your research knowledge to offer feedback on designs.

**We’re excited if you have**:

- Initiative and **love for independence** coupled with knowledge and strong interest in usability best practices.
- **2 years of industry experience** in an exclusive UX research role for digital products, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment.
- An education in human-computer interaction, psychology, neuroscience, behavioural science, sociology or a similar behavioural field.
- Experience with moderated and unmoderated **evaluative research methods**, such as usability testing, concept testing, prototype testing.
- Experience with **i**mplementing customer survey methods** and continuous research practises.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, with a **focus on speed and agility** rather than perfection.

**Are you ready to apply?**

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) is €31,122. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
