**Your Responsibilities**:
It’s a new dawn. At Meister, we’re looking for our first ever Senior UX Researcherand it could be you. In this exciting new role, you’ll work with a passionate product team, gathering insights from our large user base to point us in the right direction. You’ll need a pioneering spirit to build new processes from scratch, creating a research environment that’s designed to scale.

When you talk, we’ll listen. Your recommendations will be crucial in defining our roadmaps and implementing our ambitious growth strategy. As the voice of research and the eye of our users, it’s up to you to ensure that we put their needs first when building new tools and features. Got what it takes? Then the search is over, and the research can begin.

**What Makes You Special**:

- **Experience. **You’ve got a solid track record as a user researcher, in software or a related industry.
- ** Research credentials.** Your knowledge of research methods (user interviews, usability testing, diary studies, longitudinal studies, etc.) help you get the right partners on board.
- ** Process specialist. **You know how to set up research processes from the ground up, tweaking them to align with company strategy.
- ** Reports and artifacts. **You can create customer journeys, personas or jobs-to-be-done summaries, reporting your findings clearly. You can also create and manage up-to-date insight libraries.
- ** Agility.** You’re familiar with agile product development and feel confident working in that framework.
- ** Pioneer mindset. **You can navigate large datasets, translating numbers into insight. You present your findings clearly while leading meetings and (co-)facilitating workshops.
- ** GDPR know-how. **You know your way around GDPR regulations and understand how to manage user data in a secure way.
- ** Coach and mentor.** You’re driven to evangelize UX research within the company and support different teams as they implement your knowledge.
- ** Holistic view. **You’re comfortable in aligning with people across the company and can identify with our user base.
- ** Language skills. **You are proficient in both English and German.
- ** Expert Communicator. **You get your point across clearly, taking input from others on board.
