Your tasks:
- Identify and prioritize research needs and drive user research efforts.
- Plan studies, conduct research, analyze results, report findings, and provide recommendations in a clear and consistent way.
- Understand user behavior using studies, surveys, online experiments, etc.
- Analyze research and communicate findings through insights reports and presentations to the company.
- Create research-based models and frameworks (personas, archetypes, etc) to help the team take action to improve our product.
- Facilitate UX evaluation and validation activities such as usability testing of prototypes and features.
- Maintain and contribute to our research repository.
- Provide expert guidance on possible research approaches.
- Work across the organization to develop insights and create a holistic understanding of our users, customers, and business needs.
Your skills:
- Proven background as a UX Researcher with a minimum 3 - 5 years of experience in a research-focused role.
- University degree in UX or a related field.
- Understand modern user research tools, processes, and methodologies.
- Ability to establish user empathy and be the voice of the customer.
- Expert in conducting research and delivering high-value qualitative insights.
- Expertise in discovering latent needs and hidden motivations.
- Passionate about user experience research.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Being team player
- Fluent in both German and English.

- We are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position due to legal requirements in Austria. Our salary range for this position is starting at 50.000 €.
