**UX RESEARCHER**

At Emarsys we’re revolutionizing how businesses communicate with their users, by enabling truly personal interactions for billions of people. This means sending only relevant messages to the right people, at the right time, with our cross-channel messaging products, instead of the bulk marketing you get from brands around the world today. We accomplish this by utilizing AI-driven automation solutions, based on big data insights and made available via an easy-to-use marketing platform.

Now this is where you come in. We are looking for a passionate, user-experience designer to help us turn our vision into reality

**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITY**
- Facilitate the research process, from the ideas stage up to product release and beyond.
- Proactively collaborate with designers, product managers, and developers to ensure the delivery of design work that facilitates intuitive user experiences.
- Understand user needs and goals via user research methods, such as interviews, field studies, ethnographic research
- Gather and analyze customer feedback from various internal and external channels, such as Zendesk customers calls, etc
- Create compelling artifacts to showcase and communicate your results, for example journey maps, personal charts
- Facilitate workshops with team members to synthesize results and improve shared understanding
- You will work on the engagement channel products of Emarsys: SMS, mobile, push, etc

**YOUR PROFILE**
- You’re passionate about all things UX and other areas of design and innovation.
- You have excellent English and phenomenal communication skills, you are happy to conduct interviews with customers.
- You’re equipped with the research toolbox and showcase knowledge about the industry’s latest trends and technologies.
- You’ve got a mindset for experimentation, and the ability to iterate your research plans efficiently and intelligently.
- You’re able to work with clients from various industries.
- You’ve got a solid grasp of user-centered testing methodologies, as well as usability and accessibility principles relevant in digital design.
- You’re willing to help teammates, share knowledge and experience with them, as well as to learn from them.
- You’re open to receiving feedback and constructive criticism.
- You’re a great story teller when writing and/or presenting in English.
