Sustainability Manager Winter Sport Operations

**SUSTAINABILITY MANAGER WINTER SPORT OPERATIONS (M/F/D)**
**Globally coordinate, communicate, net
- and teamwork in pushing green and circular economy to reduce our carbon footprint in the field of Winter Sports Operations**
**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:
- Develop and implement sustainability policies/standards, and initiatives in alignment with the strategy and goals of the Group and the Brands
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainability practices into various business functions in Operations
- Implement and track key performance indicators related to sustainability goals for Winter Sports Operations and by manufacturing site
- Conduct regular environmental impact assessments on measures to reduce the carbon footprint of Winter Sports Operations
**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:
- Strength of Character: empathetic, enthusiastic, optimistic, creative, and courageous
- Special Abilities: strong communication and analytical skills and an independent, structured, and solution-oriented work approach, inspired to work in a multicultural network
- Education Background: University degree in sustainability, environmental science, business, or a related field
- Work Experience: first practices in developing and implementing sustainability projects or programs, familiarity with industry standards and certifications
- Language Skills: very good proficiency in German and English
- Travel Requirements: flexibility and willingness to travel to our manufacturing sites in central and eastern Europe
- Passionate about skiing and the greater outdoors

Remuneration is in accordance with the collective agreement for employees in the wood-industry. We offer a corresponding overpayment depending on your personal qualifications and professional experience as well as the development opportunities of a globally operating group of companies.
