**PRODUCT MARKETING SPECIALIST (M/F/D)**

**Atomic is seeking a highly motivated, passionate Product Marketing Specialist for Apparel & Gear as well as our complete Cross-Country range (skis, boots, bindings) to join our Product Marketing team in Altenmarkt. You will form a key part of the Atomic Global Marketing team and will report to the Head of Product Marketing.**

**KEY MISSION AND ACCOUNTABILITIES**:

- Develop a close working relationship with the BU Apparel & Gear and the BU Nordic, and set the terms for an effective internal collaboration with the Product Development team.
- Own the development of all product related communication for all softgoods including apparel, bags & packs, and the complete Nordic hardgoods range. Deliver educational and inspirational content and assets for the sell-in process as well as for our own e-commerce.
- Support the product campaign development and contribute to the marketing plan.
- Deliver all copy, e.g. for product texts (English and German), with the support of external copywriters, on time and in budget. Ensure the standard of this copy.
- Set up and align the Product Marketing content in our data management tool PIM.
- Support product related content production - pre-production (product shot lists, perfect setups, support product photography) & post-production (e.g. product videos).
- Deliver the catalog content (for print and digital versions).
- Deliver training tools and content.
- Support website, packaging and in-store tool content creation.
- Own the product and technology naming process including all necessary legal checks.

**YOUR PROFILE AND REQUIRED COMPETENCIES**:

- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing or a related field.
- A minimum of 3+ years working experience in marketing communications and experience in the Outdoor industry would be beneficial.
- Passionate about outdoor sports, including a deep understanding of product concepts, innovations, competitor activities and consumer behavior within the winter and outdoor sports industry.
- Strong knowledge of state-of-the-art marketing tools and distribution channels (retail and e-commerce) with a substantiated understanding of a fully integrated marketing mix for sell-in, sell-through and sell-out.
- Copywriting capabilities in American English and German for developing relevant content and emotive product stories (in collaboration with professional copywriters).
- Basic knowledge in content production (photography and video productions).
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple projects including the ability to work with a pro-active work attitude.
- Precise attention to detail while meeting deadlines and delivering quality results.
- Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to work effectively with people of all levels and within different marketing divisions and business units.
- Microsoft Office and favorably Adobe Creative software skills
- High-level English and German language skills (oral and written)
- Active practice of the sports: skiing / cross-country skiing
