What you will be doing:

• Optimize the consumer journey and enhance product presentation across our global e-commerce platform.
• Develop and implement merchandising strategies that deliver consistency, quality, and commercial impact.
• Lead campaign planning including pricing, offers, and promotions in line with business goals.
• Manage seasonal catalogues and product launches, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Collaborate on inventory and stock planning to secure product availability and turnover targets.
• Use analytics and insights to steer merchandising, stock, and campaign decisions.
• Work closely with regional teams to align product selection with market needs and trends.

Your profile and required competencies:

• University degree in E-Commerce, Digital Business / Digital Marketing, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or a tech-driven business environment.
• Strong background in online merchandising, product presentation, and consumer experience optimization.
• Confident in using e-commerce and CMS platforms such as Magento, Shopify, or similar systems.
• Experience with analytics and testing tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Optimizely).
• Familiar with PIM/PCM tools and project management platforms (e.g. JIRA).
• Excellent command of English; German proficiency is a strong asset.
• Analytical and creative mindset with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable working across global and cross-functional teams.
