Role Overview

**Responsibilities**:
- Lead and support the development of the Fisker Quality Management System- Support COP and homologation process and control plan definition- Support the Fisker departments in divining and documenting processes and KPIs- Represent Fisker Quality in the internal and external audits- Develop a Fisker document control system according international quality standards- Lead internal audits

Qualifications / Knowledge / Experience- Degree or equivalent experience in relevant discipline- Relevant experience in the automotive sector (experience on an EV is an advantage)- Relevant experience and certificate in QMS systems like VDA, IATF, 6-Sigma- Knowledge and understanding of the vehicle development process, milestones and deliverables is an advantage- Ability to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment- Self-motivated and self-starter with a keen eye for detail- Working knowledge of how to establish processes and standards within teams- English & German speaking and a good understanding of written and spoken English & German- Ability to form strong working relationships with internal and external partners- Must be computer literate with knowledge of relevant business systems (i.e.: Microsoft Office)
