Global Senior Expert Health & Safety (w/m/d)

- Designing and implementing a comprehensive and global H&S Strategy for GBO International in alignment with stakeholders.
- Developing and promoting a proactive H&S Culture within GBO to ensure the safety and well-being of all employees.
- Leading the development of division-wide H&S standards and processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards such as ISO 45001.
- Acting as the Division Key User for the group-wide H&S reporting system (Sphera), responsible for analyzing H&S performance data and identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborating with Operational Excellence to identify H&S needs on a divisional level and coordinate the implementation of measures to enhance H&S standards at sites.
- Conducting audits to assess the effectiveness of H&S Management Systems and processes, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Staying informed about emerging trends, regulations, and technologies in H&S, incorporating relevant advancements into organizational processes.
- Leading health & safety communities within the organization, fostering knowledge sharing and best practices.

**Your profile**
- University degree in quality and/or process management or related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a quality, health & safety manager.
- Proficiency in ISO standards.
- Strong system/process understanding with experience in lateral leadership and an intercultural setting.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and experience in negotiations.
- Proven project management experience with a solution-oriented and forward-looking approach.
- Diplomatic yet assertive personality with the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Willingness to travel as required.

In addition to numerous attractive social benefits, the gross annual salary for this position is at least EUR 54,735.00 (KV minimum salary for the chemical industry). Depending on your qualifications and professional experience, you may be eligible for a significant overpayment.
