Stellenbeschreibung
- Umsetzung globaler Trainingsinitiativen
- Betreuung, Optimierung und Weiterentwicklung unseres globalen Trainingsangebotes in Abstimmung mit globalen PD&T-Team und allen involvierten Divisions
- Ansprechperson in Trainingsfragen für unsere PD&T-Kollegen in den Divisions
- Tracking & Reporting trainingsrelevanter OKRs & KPIs
- Suche, Auswahl und Betreuung von externen Partnern und zur inhaltlichen Bearbeitung und Umsetzung von neuen Trainingsangeboten
- Mitarbeit bei der Verankerung und Weiterentwicklung globaler PD&T-Prozesse und -Tools (z.B. Skillmanagement, Leadership Development)
- Mitarbeit bei strategischen Projekten der Gruppe

Qualifikationen
- Facheinschlägiges Studium (z.B. Psychologie, Erwachsenenbildung o.Ä.) von Vorteil
- Erfahrung in der Konzeption, Erstellung und Organisation von Trainings - idealerweise im internationalen Konzernumfeld
- Kenntnisse in der Arbeit mit LMS (SAP SuccessFactors) und HR-Tools (Workday) von Vorteil
- Organisationstalent
- Hohe Projektmanagement-Kompetenz
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch und Englischkenntnisse (in Wort und Schrift)

**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Das kollektivvertraglich festgelegte Mindestgehalt liegt bei € 3.094;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.). Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
