- Regular tracking of the processing status of all support tickets in the product area
- Technical support of the worldwide sales network
- Control of the improvement process
- Creation of error statistics
- Preparation and implementation of training courses for service technicians, in-house or on-site at the customer's premises
- Carrying out in-house repairs and product-specific tests
- Creating service documents (service manuals, maintenance protocols, videos, etc.)
- Supporting subsidiaries and sales partners during installations, commissioning or service/maintenance visits to the customer's site
- Creation and maintenance of entries for the knowledge database

**Requirements**:

- Completed technical qualification in the field of mechatronics, electronics, IT or similar
- Experience in service and with customers desirable
- IT experience
- Very good written and spoken English
- High customer and service orientation
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Sense of responsibility, assertiveness and a confident manner
- Skilled craftsmanship
- Willingness to travel
