Global Sales Director

We are looking for a Global Sales Director - Tower with a permanent fulltime, all-in contract, located in D-A-CH Region (preferably Austria) or Central Europe.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a global Sales strategy in line with the Tower Business Line strategy to achieve revenue and profitability targets
- Identify new business opportunities and develop a strong key account management
- Lead and manage the global Sales team, setting targets and KPIs, coaching, mentoring and developing team members
- Work closely with regional Sales leaders to ensure cohesive global Sales activities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure cross-functional alignment
- Provide accurate Sales forecasting and reporting to Executive Management
- Plan and participate in industry events and conferences, and serve as an ambassador of the ADB SAFEGATE brand

**Skills Required**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration or related field
- Minimum 10 years of experience in global Sales management, preferably in the aviation industry
- Proven track record of driving growth and expanding customer base in complex, multi-cultural environments
- Experience in managing a Sales team
- Strong leadership, people management, and communication skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking ability
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Fluent in English, with a working knowledge of German

The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is min. EUR 5.303;
- gross per month. Our attractive compensation package is benchmarked aligned with personal profile and seniority level.
