**Financial Business Process Analyst**

Being the industry and innovation leader in the Tax Free Shopping business, Global Blue works continuously on improving the service for international travelers and partners.

As Financial Business Process Analyst, you will be a member of the Finance and Accounting team being responsible for creating, maintaining and up-dating daily accounting tools, templates and macros.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Maintaining and updating daily accounting templates/macros
- Assistance in daily ad-hoc problems linked to current Macros
- Build new tools in order to minimize manual workload and automate processes under scope of SOX for which still manual work is required
- Document and act as owner of IUC forms for key spreadsheets, be the recipient of JIRAs whenever changes required
- Maintain the Macros/key spreadsheets used for SOX papers
- Prepare and test templates whenever new releases available for billing/payment system
- Be a bridge between accounting and IT when required

**Your skills and qualifications**
- Education in Informatic or Mathematics
- Min. 2-5 years of experience in similar position in IT or Finance
- Good accounting knowledge, ideally dedicated experience in the area of fiscal reports in an international environment
- Minimum Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a must
- Similar knowledge of programming languages is an advantage such as **Pascal, C#, Delphi**:

- Microsoft Office user on Intermediate Level
- Basic understanding to work with Microsoft Access and data bases (SQL)
- Ability to look **independently **for external sources and solutions (Google, etc.)
- Business understanding of complex processes
- Fluent business English
- Hands-on mentality with regards to specifications and testing, as well as exchange with various providers on implementation questions
- Analytical, problem-solving and support-oriented personality
