Tasks
- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring clearly defined scope, goals, and deliverables
- Utilize Jira effectively for project scheduling, resource allocation, tracking progress, and reporting
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet project milestones and outcomes align with business objectives
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring clear communication among team members and stakeholders
- Manage project risks and issues, developing contingency plans as necessary
- Provide detailed project reports and updates to senior management
- Ensure all project documentation is accurately maintained and accessible
- Conduct post-project evaluation and identify successful and unsuccessful project elements

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong proficiency in Jira and other project management software
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively
- Experience in stakeholder management and negotiation
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred
