Job Description**
Working as part of an Artificial Intelligence squad, you will partner with Data Scientists and Engineers to develop and release new AI solutions for our five business units at speed and scale. You and your team will take ideas from our business units, validate them, and turn them into reality.**
**More specifically, you will**:

- Lead the AI squad team by using agile methodology and scrum practices;
- Coach the AI squad team on removing obstacles;
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur;
- Work with product owners to handle backlogs and new requests;
- Help the AI squad team to achieve higher levels of scrum maturity;
- Communicate key findings to the AI squad team and all relevant stakeholders;
- Work with the company validation and agile development methodologies, adhering to best practices and pursuing continuous improvement;
- Actively contribute to the squad rituals such as planning meetings, standups, and retrospects;
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in (Machine Learning, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, Physics, Engineering, etc)or equivalent experience;
- 3+ years of experience in the role of a scrum master with proven experience of managing agile teams. You'll also have a Scrum Master certification as well;
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Jira, Crystal, XP etc.);
- Fluent in English. Other languages are a benefit.

Additional Information**
This position will be based at our Emerging Tech Centre in Graz.
