For our Electronics team, we are looking for an Electronics Category Manager (M/F/x). In this position you will have the opportunity to shape and implement the strategy for refurbed Electronics and manage the communication with multiple teams throughout the organisation.

**WHO YOU ARE**:

- You have a degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communication or in another related field
- You have 3+ years of relevant working experience in category management, consulting, business development or product management
- You have experience working in a position that requires analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as cross-functional coordination and communication
- You are a problem solver, a team player and you already gained first leadership experience
- You work independently and in a structured, responsible way
- You have an outgoing personality and a high level of empathy
- You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference
- You don’t use the term “That doesn’t work”
- You are fluent in English. German proficiency is a big plus

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- You lead and shape the strategy for our electronical categories
- You build, launch and drive adoption of (new) products, together with our Merchant & Sales Team
- You ensure a steady collaboration with the Marketing Team and develop marketing and promotion proposals to achieve sales targets
- You work closely with the Product Management, Listing and Customer Service to ensure that the product is in line with the customers’ needs
- You measure category performance, define important KPIs and manage category growth and profitability targets
- You monitor price developments in your category, discussing and coordinating necessary adjustments with the Merchant & Sales Team
- You define assortment breadth and depth (in terms of brands and products) together with the Merchants & Sales Team
- You closely monitor sales developments and trends, having an end-to-end view on your categories
