**Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich**
- Implement strategies to expand LG's market share with regional and national accounts in Home Appliances sector
- Create business plans to plan for overall revenue and unit targets, as well as individual product category targets
- Account Strategy and Account Planning
- Manage forecast accuracy and align with Product Management
- Participate in the design and execution of the go to market strategy with regular and periodic tracking and reporting
- Manage channel and LG inventory levels for optimization
- Liaise with internal groups to optimize marketing activities for maximum brand exposure and growth

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Successful completion of studies, ideally with a focus on economic and/or business related university degree
- More than 5 years of professional experience in sales management MDA or CE business
- Experience with large and complex and International organizations
- Strong understanding of customer needs, market dynamics and requirements
- Willingness to travel and work in a global team environment
- Proven leadership skills and ability to drive sales teams
- Good English and MS Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Communicative and motivated for sales
- Leadership skills and team-oriented
- Ability to work under demanding conditions
- Reliable and accountable
- Ambitious and Positive

For this position, we offer a yearly gross salary starting from € 50.000;
- (basis 38,5 hours/week). The final salary is depending on your relevant experience and qualifications.
