**Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich**

1. Operation & Planning
- Ensure a smooth flow in the daily E-commerce operations of LG Online Shop using different systems & collaborating with internal departments and external partners
- Support in ordering processes for correct system processing as well as a successful order process and after-service
- Process optimization and further development with the help of relevant LG departments on a global level
- Cooperation with our service and logistics teams to enable high customer satisfaction in all aspects
- Support for product launches for all product areas

2. Product Marketing Specialist
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of sell-in/sell-out product marketing activities
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
- Management of Consumer Magazine Reviews (CMR)
- Monitor of product distribution and consumer reactions
- Develop a constant and successful relationship with Sales, Trade, Integrated Marketing team, European Marketing Center (EMC) and HQ
- Steering of Agencies and Vendors
- Support of major events and fairs such as the LG Roadshow and IFA

**Ihre Qualifikationen**
- Successful completion of studies, ideally with a focus on business administration, marketing, comparable commercial training
- Professional experience in E-commerce (desirable)
- Logical and analytical way of thinking with high attention to detail and careful way of working
- Willingness to learn and interest in further experience in the global work environment
- Working independently while also being a team player
- Good knowledge of MS Office and ideally good comprehension of digital marketing platforms such as DV360, SA360 and Google Analytics 360

**Benefits**
As required by Austrian federal law, we are obliged to disclose the minimum monthly gross compensation for this position according to the trade collective agreement, which amounts to EUR 2041;
- (basis 38,5 hours/week); the final salary is depending on your relevant experience and qualifications.
