We are seeking an ambitious and self-organised Sell-out Head for Sony Austria to manage the best-in-class Austrian sales-out team If you have a passion for sales and strong people skills, you can play a key role in influencing the sell-through of our product and the brand preference for Sony. The top line

You will be closely managing the team of several agency-employed Regional Sales Activators and Promoters across Austria aiming to maintain low levels of vacancy and churn. You will be managing their budget through proactive engagement with relevant Sony departments (Finance & CPE) and agencies.

Key responsibilities:

- Management of a high-performing team of Regional Sales Activators & Promoters to deliver relevant targets and ensure consistent execution of the Sony brand in retail stores
- Implementation of the European Brand Activation strategy in Austria
- Growth of sales across Home, V&S and Digital Imaging product categories
- Delivery of KPIs e.g. In House Share, premium model mix, screen size sales ratio and attachment sales
- Drive sales and exploration of new opportunities of all relevant retail touch-points
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders and cross-channel team to understand the overall direction, ensure clarity of goals and translate this into a focussed and consistent approach
- Delivery of solutions for in-store brand activation, employing a deep understanding of store operations to ensure that Sony optimises results and resources
- Implementation of Gemba strategy through a strong focus on Selection, Location, Condition and Training

Who you are:

- You have extensive experience with delivering in-store excellence through a focus on merchandising and shop floor staff training and sales process
- You have a passion for implementing excellence in retail activation in the Austrian market, positively influencing the sell-through and brand preference
- You are a people-oriented and proactive person who enjoys building relationships but at the same time is oriented towards achieving goals
- You have experience with leading and managing a retail or sales team
- Preferably, you have some exposure to a consumer-branded retail environment, with a strong technology focus
- You are proficient in working with MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
- You are fluent in German and English, both written and verbal
