**GRADE: Junior Management**

**FUNCTION: Finance**

**SUB FUNCTION: Commercial Finance**

**REPORTS TO: Finance Manager**

**CITY & COUNTRY: Vienna, Austria**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**

The Finance Executive drives the planning & reporting process for the end market, thus being responsible for the local reporting in accordance with the local statutory legislation as well as for the internal BAT reporting in accordance with BAT Corporate guidelines.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**

**Revenue Management**
- Involve in key pricing decisions, providing accurate and value adding information for decision making
- Support with business case preparation, financial analysis of potential or existing product launch
- Financial modelling and competitor analysis

**Marketing Investment management**
- Ensure transparent and objective financial insights to key stakeholders to support commercial decisions that are in line with strategy and business priorities
- Act as true business partner to Marketing/Trade, providing guidance and challenges to ensure effective allocation of resource
- Drive company plan budgeting and planning where relevant

**Reporting**
- Work with the business to identify/validate key business assumptions and incorporate them into the monthly forecasts
- Collaborate with other business units to ensure accurate monthly financial reports
- Tracking and performing analysis on the business monthly/ yearly financial performance
- Support Senior Management with ad hoc budgeting, reporting and analysis

**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**
- University graduate in Finance/Economics
- At least 2 years working experience (preferably for MNC’s)
- Good English communication
- Good administrative and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize works

- Salary Range: EUR 56’000 p.a. gross (performance-based), depending on qualification & experience, overpayment is possible & annual bonus
