**YOU...**:

- Are fluent in spoken and written English and German
- Have an excellent knowledge of adventure and bike sports
- Boast extensive experience in international (outdoor) sports events
- Thrive in a collaborative team environment and bring strong leadership experience
- Are proficient in various communication platforms, from social media to TV
- Bring expert knowledge in content creation, including text, audio, photo, and video
- Enjoy analyzing media performance to enhance and tailor content strategies
- Have a visionary drive to create unique, memorable events and experiences
- Have a university degree in communication, event management or similar

**AND WILL...**:

- Lead and inspire a project team to execute exceptional adventure sports projects
- Lead client and sponsor meetings, ensuring strong relationships and successful partnerships
- Oversee event operations, ensuring the project is executed smoothly from planning to post-event wrap-up
- Drive innovation in event concepts, including new ideas to make the event even more exciting
- Coordinate communication between athletes, sponsors, the organization team and stakeholders
- Support developing media content strategies, concepts, and communication plans
- Define, monitor, and achieve both quantitative and qualitative KPIs
- Identify and leverage opportunities with athletes, photographers, content creators, and brands in the adventure sports industry
- Take responsibility for budgeting, monitoring financials, and ensuring accurate invoicing
- Organize print productions, video, and photo shoots, maintaining high content standards

- Your first step on the career ladder This is the entry position for graduates looking to get started. You’ll be working on big projects right from the start and learning fast as you progress.
- **PRO**
- This is where the magic happens. You could be an account manager, graphic designer, videographer. You already have some experience and now you’re working directly with our global sports, lifestyle and photography clients.
- **SENIOR**
- You’re a great motivator and thrive on taking the lead, driving projects through from concept to completion, giving direction and sharing knowledge, while developing your own experience.
- **LEAD**
- Now is the time to help shape creative and strategic vision, for example as Art Director, Head of Communications or Content Creation. You’re already an experienced leader, full of ideas and ready to take on full responsibility.
- **TEAM LEAD**
- The most senior leadership role - you’ll be working directly with the CEO, leading and managing a department and working on budgets, planning, strategy development, business opportunities and human resources.
