Als Teil eines länderübergreifenden Teams im deutschen Hub (Deutschland, Österreich, Schweiz) verantwortest du in dieser Position die Konzeption und Umsetzung der Omnichannel Kampagnen für die Filiale Österreich. In enger Abstimmung mit den Business Units ist dies ein essenzieller Part der Weiterentwicklung von digitalen Kundenkontakten für den lokalen Markt. Als Omnichannel Manager bist Du stark cross-funktional tätig und arbeitest mit Stakeholdern wie Marketing, Medical, Analytics und IT auf lokaler und internationaler Ebene zusammen. Du verstehst es, Agenturen zu briefen und mit ihnen erfolgreich zusammenzuarbeiten. Die Aufgaben im Detail:
Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer produktübergreifenden und fokussierten Omnichannel Roadmap mit Brand/Medical Teams und Affiliate Leadership
- Kundenzentrierte Kampagnenplanung und deren systematische Erfassung auf Basis von Performance
- und Marktforschungsdaten
- Sicherstellung des operativen Models für Erstellung von digitalen Taktiken in Zusammenarbeit mit lokalen und internationalen Teams und Agenturen, insbesondere unter dem Gesichtspunkt von Automation und Standardisierung
- Implementierung innovativer Ideenansätze zur Steigerung der Kundenerfahrung mit der IDS (Information and Digital Solutions) Organisation
- Weiterentwicklung der lokalen Paid Media Taktiken und Partnerschaften
- Analyse quantitativer und qualitativer Daten aus Kundeninteraktionen über alle verfügbaren Datenquellen in enger Abstimmung mit dem Analytics Team sowie zeitnahe Ausführung von Kampagnenanpassungen, Definition von adäquaten KPIs
- Change Agent für digitales Marketing auf Filialebene sowie Verantwortung für zugehörige Change-Management und Best Practice Sharing Aktivitäten
- Unterstützung zur Sicherstellung und Einhaltung der Compliance Regeln

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten
- Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Kommunikation, IT oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung im Bereich Digital Marketing, Erfahrung in der Agenturführung - idealerweise in der Pharmaindustrie
- Erfahrungen in Projektmanagement und Projektleitung
- Know-How in Analytics Tools mit (z.B. Google Analytics)
- Begeisterung für das Gesundheitswesen und Affinität für Innovation
- Kommunikationsstarke und engagierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Teamorientierung
- „Winning Mindset“ und Durchsetzungsstärke
- Ausgezeichnete Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
