**About the job**

As a Change Manager for our Digital Transformation (DigiT) program you will be responsible for managing the S4/HANA implementation. You will be instrumental in defining a change management strategy for DigiT and building strong relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You’ll identify potential challenges and resistance points that could arise during the change process and create mitigation plans. You will design and implement communication plans to keep stakeholders informed about the change initiatives, progress and benefits. Your role as Change Manager does not end with the termination of the project, as you’ll identify training needs and keep accompanying our digital transformation in the company.

**In addition, your tasks will include**:

- Conducting thorough impact assessments to understand the effect of changes on processes, systems and people
- Process adjusting and streamlining
- Tracking the implementation progress
- Establishing KPIs to measure the success of change initiatives
- Identifying missing skill set and provide input on training initiatives

**What we expect from you in terms of**:
**Education & Skills**
- A university degree or relevant experience in Business Management Studies, IT, Computer Science, or a related field that provides a solid foundation for understanding technical aspects
- High IT affinity
- Project management skills
- Communication & stakeholder management
- Change management certifications, e.g. Prosci

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- Any other language, especially Portuguese, will be considered an asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant work experience (ideally in IT projects)
- Familiarity with implementation projects in a SAP environment
- Several years of working in an agile environment

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 60,000.00 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
