**YOUR AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Analyzing, processing and documenting spam complaints, ISP blocks and blacklistings
- Daily monitoring of our infrastructure and IP pools
- Analyzing and reporting of potential irregularities to the regional offices
- Supporting and consulting our clients concerning industry best-practices
- Deliverability audits of potential and existing clients (delivery metrics, trends, sender reputation and sender authentication)
- Authorizing new clients after checking their compliance with anti-spam and ISP policies
- Sharing expertise and delivering trainings to internal and external customers

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Technical education background (e.g. HTL)
- Knowledge of DNS and SMTP protocols
- Fundamental scripting skills (Bash)
- Basic database knowledge (MySQL)
- Hands-on and solution-oriented approach
- Accurate and independent attitude
- Very good written and spoken English skills, German (spoken) is an asset
