We are looking for a **SENIOR SITE MANAGER** in the field of international plant construction:
**YOUR TASKS**
- Lead and coordinate contractors and site staff so that actual quality and schedule fulfills contractual requirements and ensure that works are completed within budget.
- Critical evaluation of progress reports.
- Planning, implementation, and communication of required corrective actions (acceleration plans).
- Close cooperation with the project management and the customer.
- Ensuring compliance with site safety; zero accidents or lost time injuries.
- Site resource management.
- Implementation of contractually agreed obligations towards costumers and/or subcontractors.
- Prepare site reports.
- Holding and attend meetings.

**YOUR PROFILE**
- Min. 10 years of professional site management experience in the field of international plant construction sites (preferably in the pulp and paper industry).
- International welding engineer (IWE)
- Safety training (SCC, OSHA, etc )
- Completed technical education (Apprenticeship as metal worker or graduate of a higher technical college)
- Fluent in English (verbally and in writing)
- High level of motivation and initiative
- High flexibility
- Very willing to travel all over the world as well cultural understanding
- Leadership competencies (teamwork, coaching, leadership of multi-cultural employees).
- Good knowledge of contract and claim management
- Driving license

In Austria we are legally obliged to announce at least a gross monthly salary of € 4.066,84 for this position. Depending on qualifications and professional experience we offer you a market-based salary. Please note that especially for this position the salary can vary to a high degree depending on your profile.
