**Deine zukünftige Rolle.**

- In der Position als Deputy Head of Accounting and Reporting (w/m/d) bist du sowohl fachliche als auch disziplinarische Stellvertretung der Leitung unseres Finanzteams.
- Du bist die interne Ansprechperson für alle Abteilungen bei Fragen an den Finanzbereich und fungierst hier als interne*r Berater*in
- Du verantwortest alle anfallenden Abschlüsse nach UGB und IFRS
- Du sicherst eine effiziente Finanzplanung, bist Sparringpartner*in für Budgetierung und Forecasts und unterstützt die Finanzleitung bei strategischen Entscheidungen
- Du treibst kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Abläufe innerhalb der Abteilung an und sorgst für Effizienz in den Prozessen
- Du überwachst Steuerplanungen, Liquiditätsprozesse und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher Vorschriften.
- Du arbeitest eng mit Wirtschaftsprüfer*innen, Steuerberater*innen und Banken zusammen und vertrittst unser Unternehmen bei Prüfungen.

**Das bringt dich in die Poleposition.**

- Du hast ein abgeschlossenes Studium in einem kaufmännischen Bereich
- Du hast mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Finanzabteilung in der Erstellung von Jahresabschlüssen nach nationalen (UGB, OR) und internationalen (IFRS) Rechnungslegungsvorschriften
- Du bist ein Experte im Steuerwesen für Österreich und die Schweiz
- Du besitzt die Fähigkeit komplexe Zusammenhänge zu analysieren und zu vermitteln
- Durch deine guten Kommunikationskenntnisse fällt es dir leicht als interne Schnittstelle zu agieren
- Du hast sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Für diese Position bieten wir ein Mindest-gehalt von **€ 5.700,-**brutto pro Monat, je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung.
