**Shift Manager (m/w/d)**:**
für die **L'Osteria in Linz**:**
Das wird dir bei uns schmecken**:

- 3 Monatige Trainingsprogramm, bestehend aus Basisausbildung und operative Managementausbildung, begleitet von Seminaren und Workshops
- Trainingsstandort: L'Osteria Pasching, Plus City,
- Hier übernehmen wir natürlich die Kosten
- Leitung des operativen Tagesgeschäfts
- Anleitung, Führung und Motivation aller Mitarbeiter
- Ansprechpartner für Gäste, Lieferanten und Mitarbeiter
- Quirliges Team, einmaliges Ambiente und Spaß an der Arbeit

**Damit bringst du uns auf den Geschmack**:

- Langjährige Berufserfahrung in der Gastronomie, Hotellerie wünschenswert
- Einfühlungsvermögen, Motivationsqualitäten und Führungspersönlichkeit
- Flexibilität, Stressresistenz, Einsatzbereitschaft und Leidenschaft für Deinen Beruf
- Dienstleistungsorientiert, Gastgeber durch und durch
- Angenehmes, offenes Auftreten, Charme und Herzlichkeit

**Wir bieten ein über kollektivvertraglich geregeltes Monatsgehalt auf Vollzeitbasis von € 2.300;
- Brutto** (oder eben den jeweiligen Kollektiv). Eine Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung besteht je nach Qualifikation.
