In Betting and Gaming we are the one-stop-shop sportsbook specialists. We offer

bookmakers everything from full business solutions to essential content like live data, odds,

statistics, and video streams to all-round marketing and management services. We keep

betting operators ahead of the curve with the products and services they need to manage

their sportsbook.

The Odds services product vision is to provide the broadest, most trusted source of odds data

for all betting sports betting markets around the world.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As Group Quality Manager you will manage a team of QA’s within the Odds tribe. You will be

a critical leader in ensuring we deliver high quality sports betting products. You will partner

with Product and Engineering to ensure quality stage gates are in place which enable rapid

safe change.

You will:

- Foster a quality-driven product engineering culture by taking ownership of tribe quality

standards and striving to improve them continually.
- Track quality metrics such as availability, latency, throughput and number of production

incidents which determine the overall quality of the product.
- Continue to improve and optimise QA processes, be an ambassador of Shift-left by

advocating and demonstrating the ways of working within the tribe.
- Work inclusively and collaboratively support QAs working with various squads to ensure

live readiness of services and ensuring services meet quality standards.
- Work closely with the technical service owner to track action items from post incident

reviews and tracking service level indicators across Odds service products.
- Lead QA Engineering recruitment effort across the tribe and ensuring QA Engineers

receive coaching and training to realise their potential and contribute to delivering high

quality products.
- Set QA principles, standards and objectives.

YOUR PROFILE:

- Significant experience in QA processes, tools and frameworks.
- Proven experience delivering high quality products.
- Experience line managing and developing QAs through coaching.
- Proven ability to drive a healthy and inclusive team culture, both within and beyond your

area of influence.
- Ability to learn quickly about new technologies.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Detail orientated and can thrive in an ambiguous environment.
- Passionate about sports and data.
- Experience within the sports betting industry is not essential but is a benefit.
