Senior Quality Manager

Quality Management is an essential element within the Power Sensor and Systems division. Your ability to integrate into and guide a vibrant international team will be the key to success in this position. In your new job you will:

- Align relevant quality requirements in close **collaboration **with **internal business and operational functions**:

- **Develop a qualification strategy **(technical) **and plan **(cost, time, resources) based on customer requirements or product and technology innovation**:

- **Contribute to technical risk management **by method and product expertise as well as being a role-model of a challenging reviewer**:

- **Conduct **product qualification **according to plan including **assessment of test and construction analysis results **, in case of fails drive failure analysis and problem solving**:

- **Monitor the product quality **performance from delivery release to end of life**:

- **Conduct in case of product or **production deviations **the **risk assessment **for products in volume production**:

- **Act as advocate for the customer and particularly **focus on our client's needs **in the course of problem solving**:

- **Drive information and documentation **of product quality queries and qualification documents**:

- **Support digitalization projects to enable automatization, optimize effectiveness, turn around time and drive Infineon’s next level of **One Quality Culture**

You bring in expertise of the power semiconductors market including relevant technical understanding. As analytical character, you have a keen eye on details and in your daily work you pursue high quality standards. Moreover, you enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams with multicultural backgrounds. Simultaneously you are a proactive, self-driven character with process-orientation and experience in semiconductor product quality.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- A university or university of applied science degree in **Electrical Engineering, Physics **or comparable education
- **5+ years of working experience **in the fields of Quality Engineering/Management in a technical environment and/or R&D/Engineering/Application of product and/or technology
- Ideally knowledge of tests and methods from **reliability **as well as **failure analysis**:

- **Basic to expert level experience in quality methods such as e.g. **FMEA, 8D **and/or international standards as **JEDEC/AECQ**:

- **Solid acting in a **project management **environment within cross-divisional teams**:

- **Experience in direct **customer communication **as an advantage**
**Fluent English skills **with German skills or willingness to learn as a plus**
