- Führung und Entwicklung der Teams: Customer Service, Disposition und Marketing Accounting (3 TeamleiterInnen, rund 30 MitarbeiterInnen)
- AnsprechpartnerIn für die Geschäftsführung (Analyse, Reporting)
- Verantwortung für die Gewährleistung hoher Servicequalität und der Zielerreichung der Aufgabenbereiche
- Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der bestehenden Prozesse und Standards in Zusammenarbeit mit den TeamleiterInnen und angrenzenden Teams

**Ihr Profil**:

- Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
- Berufs
- und Führungserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse
- SAP-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und hohe soziale Kompetenz
