Stellenbeschreibung
- HV Batterie Integrationsschnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Fahrzeug Projektleitung/ Gesamtfahrzeug Entwicklungsgruppen und Systemlieferant
- Planung/Überwachung des Fahrzeug/Komponenten Entwicklungsprozesses sowie Durchführung von Release-, Änderungs-, Time Management etc.
- Führen des HV-Batterie Integrationsteams und des Systemlieferanten (Supplier Management im SE -Team Verbund)
- Erreichen der Projektmeilensteine
- & ziele in Hinblick auf vereinbarte Zielerreichung
- Abstimmung der Komponentenanforderungen mit dem Kunden/Gesamtfahrzeugverbund & Systemlieferant sowie verantwortlich für die Erstellung der HV Batterie Komponentenspezifikation
Qualifikationen
- Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, TU)
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im automotiven HV-Komponenten Umfeld
- Erfahrungen im Bereich HV Energiespeicherentwicklung/Absicherung/Produktion wünschenswert
- Verständnis der funktionalen Zusammenhängen im Gesamtsystem (HV-Komponenten, HV-Batteriesysteme und Mechanik, Elektronik, Software)
- Systematische und prozessorientierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Hohe Selbstmotivation & Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neue Themen
- Elektrofachkraft Ausbildung von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-& Präsentationsfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse
- Erfahrung im Projekt
- und Problem-Management sowie Teamführung
- Ressourcenplanung und -managementfähigkeit
**Zusätzliche Informationen**:
Für diese Position ist ein Mindestgehalt ab € 3.200;
- brutto pro Monat (14 x p.a.) vorgesehen. Abhängig von Ihrer Ausbildung und spezifischen Berufserfahrung ist eine dementsprechende Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
