**DIESE AUFGABEN ERWARTEN DICH BEI UNS**:

- technische und disziplinarische Gruppenleitung eines bis zu 8 - köpfigen Teams sowie Ressourcenplanung für die Fachgruppe
- Verantwortung für die geometrische Integration und Konzeptionierung von Kühlungssystemen, mechanischen Strukturen und Modulsystemen für Batteriesysteme
- Konstruktion und Entwicklung von Gehäuse-, und Kühlsystemen und Übernahme der technischen Verantwortung für diese Teile bis hin zu SOP
- Unterstützung der Simultaneous Engineering Teamarbeit und Lieferantensteuerung für diese Komponenten
- Erstellung von technischen Bauteilspezifikationen und Zeichnungen für die Batterie Mechanik, Gehäuse, Modul und Kühlung
- Sicherstellung der technischen Zielerreichung (Funktion, Termin, Kosten, Qualität) für die diese Bauteilgruppen
- Erarbeiten von technischen Lösungen und Herbeiführung / Umsetzung von Entscheidungen
- disziplinarische Führung und Ressourcenplanung für die Fachgruppe
- technisches Review und Freigabe von Dokumenten und Arbeitsergebnissen für die Baugruppe

**WOMIT DU UNS BEGEISTERN KANNST**:

- abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Maschinenbau, Automatisierungstechnik, Fahrzeugtechnik (HTL/FH/TU o.ä.)
- mehrjährige Erfahrung in der E/E Konstruktion und Integration elektrischer Komponenten sowie Kunststoffteilen (Batterie, Getriebe oder Antriebstrang) in der Industrie im Automobilsektor
- Erfahrung in der Team
- und/oder Projektleitung sowie mit Normen und Standards im Entwicklungsbereich
- sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office sowie CREO (oder vergleichbare Programme)
- verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Teamfähigkeit und ausgeprägte Führungsqualitäten in komplexen Projektorganisationen
- kommunikative und integrative Persönlichkeit
- systemisches und logisches Denken in Verbindung mit einer proaktiven und durchsetzungsstarken Arbeitsweise
