- We are looking for a committed and highly motivated colleague to join our team with immediate effect in the following position: Reservations Agent

Your responsibilities:

- You are responsible for answering all internal and external phone calls
- You are in charge of independently handling all reservation requests
- You act as an interface between all departments of the hotel in order to fulfill all guest requests
- You have first-class product knowledge regarding hotel rooms, prices, promotions, amenities, etc.
- Your Profile:

- You have completed vocational training in the hotel industry
- You have very good language skills in German and English and enjoy using them
- You can use MS Office programs and ideally also have experience with the Opera Property Management System

The property features a variety of dining and entertainment options, including a rooftop bar with exceptional views of the city and an intimate restaurant in a garden setting serving European cuisine and carefully crafted beverages appealing to guests and locals alike. Rosewood Vienna also features Sense, A Rosewood Spa, which serves as a private sanctuary for relaxation away from the busy sights and sounds of the city. Additionally, the hotel includes meetings and events spaces to allow for a variety of private gatherings and conferences.
