The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna is looking for a Lady or Gentlemen for the position of:
**Reservations Agent**

As a Reservation Agent, you and our motivated team ensure the best possible service for our international guests.

**Your tasks**:

- correct acceptance of reservations
- Enthusiasm for dealing with guests and customers on the phone
- Entry of reservations into the reservation system MARSHA
- detailed work according to standard specifications
- safe handling of the common MS Office programs

**Your Competencies**:

- Professional experience at the reception and/or reservation of the upscale hotel industry
- resilience, well organized and structured
- Friendliness, flexibility, reliability and a high degree of responsibility
- very good knowledge of German and English in spoken and written language
- Good knowledge of the software OPERA and MS Office
- MARSHA Knowledge of advantage
- Friendliness, teamwork and flexibility
- professional behavior even in stressful situations
