**Legal Counsel Expert f/m/x**

**Was Sie erwartet**:

- Konzeption, Überprüfung und Verhandeln von Verträgen mit Kunden und Lieferanten vorwiegend im Bereich Rohmaterialeinkauf und Industrial Applications der Semperitgruppe
- Überprüfung von NDAs, CoC, Qualitätssicherungsvereinbarungen und sonstiger relevanter Dokumente im operativen Geschäft
- Juristische Begleitung von Reklamations
- und Schadensfällen, Schnittstelle bei Versicherungsfällen
- In-house Business Partner für interne und externe Stakeholder und Unterstützung sowie Vertretung des zuständigen Legal Counsel
- Erteilung allgemeiner Rechtauskünfte und Informationen, Abhaltung von Schulungen
- Gestaltung und Überarbeitung von Standardtexten und Mustern
- Erarbeitung, Mitgestaltung und Überwachung rechtsrelevanter Richtlinien / Formulare und Prozesse für die Gruppe
- Mitarbeit bei segmentübergreifenden Ad-hoc Projekten im Legal Team

**Was wir erwarten**:

- Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften
- 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung, bevorzugt als in-house Counsel bzw. berufsbegleitend als juristischer Mitarbeiter einer Rechtsabteilung
- Wirtschaftliches Grundverständnis, Interesse am operativen Geschäft
- Sehr gute, verhandlungsfähige Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
- Fähigkeit, komplexe juristische Sachverhalte allgemein verständlich darzustellen
- Engagierte integre Persönlichkeit mit Verantwortungsbewusstsein
- Teamplayer mit interkulturellem Verständnis
