As a Treasury & Accounting Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing, optimizing, and managing treasury operations. Perform and oversee accounting activities within the organization while ensuring accuracy, compliance, timelines, and efficiency.

**Your Tasks**:

- Define and implement treasury policies, procedures, and controls in compliance with relevant regulations and best practices.
- Evaluate, select, and manage relationships with banking partners and financial institutions for efficient and cost-effective treasury services.
- Manage treasury transactions such as short-term investments, FX hedging transactions, or financings in alignment with the Head of Finance and other stakeholders.
- Optimize cash flows by forecasting, tracking, and managing cash positions across various business units and regions.
- Create and implement process and tool improvement projects in the accounting and treasury area.
- Support in the accounting of bank statements and accounts payables in peak times

**Your Profile**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of experience in corporate treasury management, banking or accounting
- Knowledge of financial instruments, treasury and accounting processes
- Communicative and hands-on personality
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Experience in SAP, banking and treasury tools is an advantage.
- Fluent in English
