**About the job**

As a Corporate Treasury Specialist at RHI Magnesita, you will be part of the Corporate Treasury team, overseeing all global Treasury and Group Financing-related topics. In this role, you will collaborate directly with the Head of Corporate Treasury, playing an integral role in various critical areas such as the administration of the Treasury Management System (TMS). Additionally, you will handle reporting processes for internal and external stakeholders and contribute to policy governance topics. Moreover, you will strategize on initiatives such as local cash management implementations, M&A integration, and TMS enhancements as well as oversee global liquidity allocation and investment management. You will also have the opportunity to support RHI Magnesita in its digitalization journey to drive change in our Treasury System and process landscape.

**In addition, your tasks will include**
- Managing our Treasury Management System as a transactional tool and data repository
- Leading Cash Management setups and integration projects globally
- Acting as the main stakeholder for operational Treasury teams in the regions
- Reconciliation of statutory reporting with Treasury’s managerial data
- Interacting directly with the company’s core banking group (e.g., on strategic cash management topics)
- Supporting as a Business Partner for Sales, Regional Finance, Operations & Purchasing as well as all other Finance areas

**What we expect from you in terms of**

**Education & Skills**
- A university degree in the field of Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar areas
- Excellent MS Office skills (especially Excel), experience with Treasury Management Systems, and basic knowledge of SAP; Bloomberg knowledge will be considered a plus
- Project management experience
- Corporate Finance savvy and strong numerical data skills

**Languages**
- English - Proficient/Fluent
- German - Proficient/Fluent will be considered a valuable asset

**Work Experience**
- Several years of relevant working experience in a Treasury role or a Corporate Finance role with Treasury exposure
- Ideally some previous exposure to strategic cash management and TMS enhancement projects
- Experience in working with multinational corporations will be considered an asset

The annual gross salary for this position will start from € 65.000 on a full-time basis, depending on your qualification and experience, as well as the amount of overtime and your level of seniority.
