Now championing 15 Brands, we are continuing to grow our Marketing Team. To fill our Junior Brand Manager role we are looking for an entrepreneurial and innovative pet lover who is keen to build a successful marketing career in the FMCG industry.

The business also offers additional services such as packaging design, fulfilment and logistics. With a broad range of capabilities and distribution channels worldwide, Pets Choice are proud to be a major supplier to the UK grocery, independents and pet speciality sectors.

**Role**:

- Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager within the Pet Food and Treats product portfolio.
- Support with the execution of marketing and NPD plans
- Identify opportunities for new products within the Pet Food and Treats market
- Develop brand content and support campaign plans, advertising and promotional activities.
- Shopper marketing
- Understanding market trends
- Keeping a close eye on competitor activity
- Working to brand guidelines and maintaining brand integrity across company marketing and communication of products.
- Work with wider marketing team to support brand, product and campaign plans.
- Work with the wider Pets Choice team to achieve business goals.

**Key attributes and skills**:

- A creative, innovative Marketing graduate
- Interested in personal and professional development
- Willing to learn and take ownership for your projects
- Understanding of Brand Management, Shopper Marketing and NPD
- Positive personality who can work well with a team
- Marketing experience gained from an FMCG business OR able to demonstrate sound understanding of Brand Management through their qualification.
