**Senior Marketing Manager Austria** (m/w/d)

**All about the role**:
As a Senior Marketing Manager you will play a key part in the Austrian marketing team and ensure that all marketing activities align for our Austrian brand (Lieferando) with our brand identity and strategy across all touchpoints.

Our goal is to deliver best-in-class marketing initiatives and campaigns that target our local audience. You will report into the Head of Marketing Austria, who is based in Vienna. Other team members part of the Austrian marketing team are predominantly based in Amsterdam. The role is based in Vienna.

**These are some of the key ingredients to the role**:

- Play a vital role in the Austrian marketing team and the wider Marketing department.
- Lead and coordinate customer facing marketing campaigns across multiple teams ensuring top-notch execution and managing budgets, covering topics such as PR, media planning, activations, agency alignments and more.
- Lead and support courier facing activities together with global and local stakeholders in marketing and logistics directed to independent contractor delivery couriers.
- Collaborate closely and cross-functionally with both local teams based in Austria such as Sales, Corporate Communications, Logistics and Agencies, as well as with HQ-based marketing teams such as CRM, Digital & Performance Marketing, Data or Product & Tech.
- Defining KPIs that aim to maximize the efficiency of marketing investments & analyzing the performance of campaigns.
- Coordinate reportings for ongoing marketing initiatives and coming up with ideas for improving ROI.

**What will you bring to the table?**
- Fluent in English and Austrian German (written and spoken), very good knowledge of the Austrian market is a must.
- Advanced marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce or FMCG environment.
- Excellent prioritisation, planning, and organisation skills with an eye for detail and the ability to ensure successful project management including related evaluations.
- Experience with digital or offline media buying as well as agency management are required, experience with PR is preferred.
- Strong stakeholder management (internal and external) across countries.
- Able to work independently with a highly proactive, strategic and data-driven approach.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with ability to consider multiple perspectives.
- Positive attitude with an open and flexible mindset on changing business requirements.
- Experience with Slack, Google workspace, Jira and Tableau is recommended.
