And rooted in optimism. **Social Media Manager (M/F/d)** Are you an expert in leading and coordinating social media projects and acting as a consultant to the client in all terms? As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, and fostering a vibrant online community. If you have a passion for social media, a keen eye for trends, and a knack for storytelling, this is the perfect opportunity to make a significant impact on our brand's online presence. **REQUIREMENTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES** - You will be responsible for managing high-profile brands. - You have an inherent passion for social media and a strong understanding of the social media landscape. - You are fluent on all relevant social media platforms and know them from your personal use. You understand the various posting formats and when and how to use them best. You are keen to work on the intersection of brands, culture and communities on social media. - Ability to manage concept creation, budgets, timings and implementation of digital projects to achieve exceptional, innovative results. - Ability to keep track of projects, timings and needed resources in all situations. - Excellent brand understanding combined with a passion about the digital space in order to provide strategic guidance. - You have expert project management skills, can manage detailed workflows and collaborate with various teams at Virtue to create digital marketing campaigns and content. - You have profound client service expertise to build a strong long-term relationship with our clients and consistently manage client expectations ensuring delivery of highest quality service. - You have experience in day-to-day client management, including weekly status meetings, presenting plans and ideas, and discussing strategic recommendations with clients. - Love to work collaboratively and on eye-level with international clients and within an international team. - Ability to flourish in a hands-on culture and ready to take full ownership for assigned clients and projects. - You have a minimum of 2 years past digital agency and/or project management experience for high-profile brands. - You have fluent German language skills. **BENEFITS** - Hybrid work - Home office or office instead?
