Director of Sales (m/w/d), Salzburg

Aufgaben
- zuständig für 2 Hotels
- Sie führen die Mitarbeiter im proaktivem Verkauf und haben Verantwortung für die Mitarbeiter im Groups & Events Bereich alle Häuser
- Sie sind ein Verkaufsprofi und haben eine Leidenschaft für alle Kundensegmente und verfügen über ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis.
- Direct Reporting zum General Manager
- Repräsentation des Hotels auf Messen, Networking Veranstaltungen und Verkaufsreisen
- Intensive Zusammenarbeit mit den überregionalen sowie internationalen Verkaufsbüros

Qualifikation
- mehrjährige Berufserfahrungen im Verkauf in der Konzern
- oder Kettenhotellerie/Touristik, wenn möglich in vergleichbarer Position (Luxussegment, internationale Kundenakquise)
- mehrjährige Führungserfahrung
- gute Marktkenntnisse und Kundenkontakte in Österreich/Salzburg von Vorteil
- eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Verhandlungsgeschick, kundenorientiertes Verkaufs

- ein souveränes Auftreten, ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft
- sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
