We are seeking a passionate **Director of Food & Beverage** to join our team at Rosewood Schloss Fuschl. you will lead the strategic vision and operational excellence of all dining experiences within the hotel. This role is pivotal in delivering world-class culinary moments, driving financial performance, and cultivating a culture of service excellence that reflects the highest standards of ultra-luxury hospitality.

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Full strategic and operational responsibility for all F&B outlets (restaurants, bars, in-room dining, banqueting & events).
- Lead, develop, and motivate a diverse international team with a strong focus on excellence, team culture, and individual growth.
- Ensure an exceptional guest experience across all dining venues, aligned with ultra-luxury standards.
- Conceptualize and implement innovative F&B offerings, menus, and service standards in collaboration with culinary and service leadership.
- Ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and achievement of financial goals (revenue, GOP, cost control).
- Guarantee and continuously improve the highest standards of quality, hygiene, and service.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and PR to position outlets within the local and international dining scene.
- Promote sustainable practices and implement responsible F&B strategies.
- Act as a key representative of the hotel both internally and at external events and partnerships.
