Our success during the pandemic has set the stage for us to welcome a new Personal Assistant for our Vice President & Leadership Team to further accelerate our growth.

**Job Description**:

- Reporting to the Vice President, McDonald’s Europe you will provide seamless support with calendar pro-actively ensuring time is effectively used for maximum efficiency.
- You will organize a busy travel schedule, often to destinations with complex security or visa requirements working with an agenda which changes frequently
- You will take responsibility for managing reimbursement of business expenses and helping to achieve best prices and value from travel arrangements
- You will provide similar support to the Operations Lead & People Lead who sit on the McDonald’s Europe Leadership Team
- You will co-ordinate all internal communications for the Business Unit, dealing personally with our key stakeholders across Europe and senior stakeholders within McDonald’s
- Managing correspondence for the Vice President you will ensure a smooth and efficient flow of communication and timely responses to our markets and teams
- With access to all high level communication you will identify important calls and urgent issues which require immediate attention and ensure a timely response from the team
- Working closely with the Consumer & Business Insights team you will manage and co-ordinate the Business Unit calendar ensuring internal and external calls and routine meetings are efficiently organized and supporting event organization
- You will occasionally act as a point of contact and co-ordination to collect data from across the Business Unit

**Qualifications**:

- Highly developed organizational and administrative skills including familiarity with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, video conferencing systems & travel booking platforms
- Written and spoken language skills in German & English - French is an advantage
- Strong Execution Proficiency, reliable in always delivering results on time
- A positive and pro-active approach to managing a frequently changing schedule and priorities
- Strong communication skills and a proven ability to connect with a wide range of people from different cultural backgrounds and nationalities
- Highly resilient, able to handle high workload and competing priorities
- Demonstrates the ability to work discreetly with sensitive information at the highest level
- Highly collaborative approach, supports the team in working more effectively together
- Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to a constantly evolving business and work environment
