**Our business**

**Your role**:

- Be a proactive Sparring Partner for Management & relevant stakeholders in Corporate & Finance division
- Coach line management in People & Culture and leadership topics with adding group perspective
- Support implementation of OMV People & Culture strategy by considering business needs and act as an ambassador for our new purpose and values
- Ensure effective execution of People & Culture policies and processes
- Provide People & Culture guidance, solutions and pragmatic support for Management and employees of Corporate & Finance division
- Drive relevant annual People & Culture processes as Manpower Planning, People Review (Calibration PxP), Annual Salary Increase/Premium etc.
- Facilitate and moderate People & Culture topic related workshops and meetings and actively support Center of Excellence by designing new processes or implementing new projects
- Drive Talent Development actions and implement talent strategies to support succession planning
- Handle operational and labor-legal People & Culture requests and align with relevant stakeholders if required
- Point of contact for and trustful cooperation with the works council
- Drive change & transformation projects to support the organisation in further development in structure, capabilities and culture
- Participate in relevant People & Culture projects or Corporate & Finance Division projects

**Your profile**:

- University Degree Master/Diploma in Business Administration, HR or similar
- Minimum of 7 years relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills and team oriented personality
- Pragmatic, solution-oriented and proactive approach
- Ability to handle multiple requests/projects at the same time while prioritizing and executing in time
- Fluent in English and German
