**Location**: Vienna, Austria
Tasks
You will work directly with our Head of Venture Development in Vienna on further scaling Gauder and positioning the company as a leading brand in the home improvement and DIY space.
- Lead high-impact projects across new product launches, market expansion, operations, and go-to-market strategies
- Analyze sales performance and identify levers for growth across marketplaces and retail locations
- Improve internal processes and drive automation where possible
- Prepare analyses, forecasts, and business cases to support key decisions
- Own project execution from strategy to implementation, with full accountability for results
- Grow into a leadership role and establish your own team

**Requirements**:

- 2-5 years of experience in business development, consulting, e-commerce, or a high-growth startup
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business-related field of study.
- Strong analytical skills - you’re fluent in Excel/Sheets and confident working with numbers
- Entrepreneurial mindset - you take initiative, move fast, and aren’t afraid to get your hands dirty
- Excellent communication skills in German (C2) and English (min. C1) - both written and spoken
