**Associate (f/m/x) - Elevator Ventures**:

**Your role**:

- Being an integral part of our investment team, in all aspects of our work:

- Actively scouting for the best deals in EV’s investment focus
- Screening, analyzing, and tracking pipeline deals
- Commercial and financial analysis and modelling of potential investments
- Review data room materials and present potential investment opportunities to the team
- Conducting parts of transaction and due diligence processes
- Preparing investment memos in a team of colleagues
- Preparing internal reporting
- Becoming a sparring partner for entrepreneurs in their business growth
- Enhancing your network to other VCs, entrepreneurs, and other industry professionals

***Your core competencies**:

- Finished Master studies at a university or college, preferably business studies or studies related to investment or innovation
- 2+ years of experience in M&A advisory, VC investment, or in a startup; FinTech experience is an advantage
- Analytical thinking and financial modelling skills with a solid understanding of tech market and business models
- Superior user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Dynamics and Power BI
- Proactive, structured, and independent way of working, team-skills, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent command of English (German or CEE language is an advantage)
- Willingness to travel
